Credit card

Payment by Visa, Mastercard or American Express via Paypal secure payment. Note that no Paypal account is needed.

 

Invoice

Payment can also be made by invoice. We cooperate with Amfa bank for this purpose.

 

Shipping Cost

For deliveries to the United Kingdom, 25 £ will be added to your order.

 

Registration

We never save and record information like credit card information. This information is encrypted via SSL and go directly to the bank. We will not disclose, use or sell addresses. By registering you give your consent that we store your information and that we may send you offer and newsletters. You can unsubscribe at any time.

 

Order Confirmation

It is important that the correct e-mail address is specified as an order confirmation on e-mail will be sent to you as a customer. If you do not get any confirmation, log in again and check that you have entered the correct e-mail address. Do not hesitate to contact us at info@kattvikdesign.se if you have problems.

To shop at KattvikDesign you must be 18 years old.

 

Rates

The price shown at the time of purchase is applicable. Our prices are exclusive of VAT (25%). It is your obligation as a customer to take part of our terms of purchase before ordering.

 

KattvikDesign reserves for "misprint" regarding the prices displayed on the page.

 

Deliveries

The goods are normally dispatched from us within 2 business days. The transporter needs approximately 2-4 working days to deliver the package. In order clusters, it may take longer.

For goods transported from KattvikDesign to the costumer, KattvikDesign is responsible and for goods transported from the costumer to KattvikDesign, the costumer is responsible.

 

14 days right of return

As a costumer you always have 14 days right of return of the product provided that the product is returned in unused condition and in its original packing.

Any costs concerning the return freight will be payed by the costumer. If you have paid by card, the order amount is returned to your card within 30 days. Note that no compensation for cost of postage, administration costs and return costs will be paid.

 

Rules for return of goods

-Order number shall be enclosed with the return

-The product should not be used or broken

-The product must be returned in the product box with its inner packaging

-The product shall be complete with any accessories

 

Complaints

If you have any complaints or regarding misdelivered or damaged goods, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may correct the error. Any replacements of the goods is of course completely free of charge for you.

 

NOTE! Before you return damaged or misdelivered goods, please contact us to get your return number and your credit card credited.

 

False orders

We cooperate with the police and all the false orders or fraudulent will be reported to the police. JellyBean supply all information to the police in order to assist in the investigation.

 

Transport damage

If you notice that the shipment is damaged, please notify the transporter immediately. If there should be any problems, please cotact us withon 3 days. Regarding returns from the costumer, the costumer is responsible for damage that may occur during transport.

 

We follow ARN `s decision. We always try to correct a mistake, but as a client, you always have the possibility to contact (ARN) with questions.
